 Compact Blessings
This is a really handy compact bible and is very helpful for those always on the go. This has helped me to give God His time during my busy schedule.
 A Perfect Solution
I was looking for a Bible small enough for my purse,yet not easily harmed by the usual clutter. No version is as accurate as the original RSV - and they are not always easy to find. This Ignatius offering is perfect. A leather cover, a zipper, small enough to be practical in a purse, RSV (no inclusive language changes) with a type that is readable even for my old eyes. On top of that it has the full canon of Catholic books! It is exactly what I had hoped to find. The price is more than reasonable for all of these positive attributes.

I was very impressed upon receipt of this item.
Yes, the print is small and would be hard on eyes for those who have trouble reading small/fine print.
However, the layout of the Bible and the prayers in the back are just great.
The Miraculous Medal zipper was of very good quality.

I love this Bible!
This Bible is small & compact but the text is easy to read for the size. The exterior looks & feels very nice, it should be very durable. I love the zipper on the side, keeps the pages from getting bent in my purse. In the back there is three pages of prayers. The Ignatius Catholic Bible: Revised Standard Version is a very nice Bible translation, One of the best I have read.
Over all this is a good deal for $20.00 dollars.
Non-Denomination Bible Study
I bought the Ignatuis Revised Standard Version Catholic version from a recomentation that it is compariable with the King James Version, only with with the Hebrew Cannon Books in the Old Testament. I used this Bible for a Non-Denominational Bible Study. The Leader of the group who is a Born Again Fundamentalist Baptist, needed to look up some verses in the Old Testament and asked to borrow my Bible. He was very surprised that a "Catholic" Bible verses were worded just like he had memorized them. For the duration of the Bible Study, he kept asking to use this Bible because it helped him explain points the best on that weeks lessons.
The only thing that I am not totally happy with is that this is a very small bible with small print.
